1. Company Information
Liberty Jones Planters LLC is organized in Bend, Deschutes County, Oregon.
2. 3 Year Limited Structural Warranty
This warranty applies to the original residential purchaser only for three (3) years from confirmed delivery date. Warranty requires proper drainage, proper installation, no structural modification, and no unintended ground contact. Commercial use is excluded unless covered under written agreement. If a valid claim is approved, Liberty Jones Planters LLC retains sole discretion to repair, replace, or refund. This warranty is non-transferable.
3. Returns & Refunds
Standard items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee applies. Custom orders and special finishes are final sale.
4. Freight & Damage Policy
Customer must inspect shipment prior to signing delivery receipt. Any visible damage must be noted on delivery paperwork. Damage must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours with photographic documentation. Failure to comply voids freight damage claims.
5. Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery. Customer must ensure accurate shipping details.
6. Privacy Policy
We collect customer names and email addresses only. Information is used for order communication and marketing with consent. We do not sell personal information. Customers may unsubscribe at any time.
7. Wholesale Terms
Payment terms, resale rights, and brand usage are governed by written wholesale contracts.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. No consequential, incidental, indirect, or lost profit damages are recoverable.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Deschutes County, Oregon. No class actions permitted. The prevailing party shall recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
10. Claim Limitation Period
Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of discovery of the issue or it is permanently barred.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
